Patricia, as our Solicitor & Practice Manager, combines practice management and work as a solicitor assisting our clients in appeals to the AAT and SACAT.

Stephanie is a lawyer at Beena Rezaee Legal & Migration, having been admitted to practice in July 2020. Prior to this, Stephanie undertook an internship with the firm

Iqbal has a keen interest in Migration, Administrative, Employment and Industrial, Commercial, Personal Injury and Humanitarian Laws.

Robert is responsible for coordinating with the Australian Refugee Association, where he also works, to file and monitor all CSP applications that our firm has helped prepare.

Erica is a Paralegal at Beena Rezaee Legal & Migration. Erica has a keen interest in Migration Law, Wills and Estates, Criminal Law and Family Law.

Somayeh is one of our paralegals. She is a graduate of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the UniSA and completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.

Rana is one of our solicitors. She is a graduate of a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (International Business) from the University of Adelaide.

Shah Wali is the office manager working at Beena Rezaee (BR) Legal and Migration particularly works in accounting, business reporting and administrative tasks.

Patrick works closely with our firm as Counsel and Special Adviser. Patrick has over 10 years’ experience in the legal industry.
