Giti originally came to Australia as a refugee and went on to pursue her education and graduated from Monash University with a double degree in Arts and Laws (honours) in 2022.
Giti was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2023 and joined Beena Rezaee Legal shortly after. Before joining Beena Rezaee Legal, she was working with Auzzie Visa & Immigration Services (a migration agency) and also volunteering with Refugee Legal (a community Legal Centre).
Giti enjoys swimming, bushwalking, travelling, and hanging out with family and friends.
